    Our technologies comply with EAEU GMP. Three process lines for sterile injectable medicines are fitted with modern equipment from leading European manufacturers — Bosch, Optima, GEA and Romaco.

    Given the high quality and safety requirements for the pharmaceutical products we manufacture, we use state-of-the-art process equipment from leading European manufacturers
    - «BOSCH» (Germany) – aseptic filling line for vials and cartridges, capacity 7,200 vials/cartridges per hour.
    -  «OPTIMA» (Germany) – sterile filling line for prefilled syringes, capacity 4,000 syringes per hour.
    -  «GEA» (Germany) – freeze-drying units, loading capacity 32,000 vials.
    - «ROMACO» (Italy) – secondary packaging area, capacity 120 packs.
    Our production capacity consists of three process lines for finished medicines:
    - sterile freeze-dried injectable medicines in vials;
    - sterile liquid injectable medicines in cartridges and vials;
    - sterile liquid injectable medicines in prefilled syringes.
    The entire production process is automated and controlled by a single SCADA system; all process parameters are recorded and archived, which minimises the "human factor".
    One of our priorities is the continuous development, improvement and introduction of high-tech processes for manufacturing innovative products.
    The quality of the medicines planned for release meets the rules and regulations in force in the Republic of Kazakhstan, keeps our products competitive and complies with environmental requirements.
