    • Plaque psoriasis

    Interstel is indicated for the treatment of moderate to severe plaque psoriasis in adult patients who have not responded to, have contraindications to, or are intolerant of other systemic therapies, including cyclosporine, methotrexate or PUVA (psoralen and ultraviolet A) therapy.

    • Plaque psoriasis in children

    Interstel is indicated for the treatment of moderate to severe plaque psoriasis in children and adolescents aged 6 years and older who have an inadequate response to, or are intolerant of, other systemic therapies or phototherapy.

    • Psoriatic arthritis

    Interstel is indicated for the treatment of adult patients with active psoriatic arthritis (PsA), as monotherapy or in combination with methotrexate, when the response to previous standard therapy has been inadequate.
