    Elimab is indicated in adults and children for the treatment of:

    • paroxysmal nocturnal hemoglobinuria (PNH): the efficacy of eculizumab has been demonstrated in patients with hemolysis and associated clinical symptoms indicating high disease activity, regardless of transfusion history.
    • atypical hemolytic uremic syndrome (aHUS).
    • patients aged 6 years and older with refractory generalized myasthenia gravis (gMG) with antibodies to acetylcholine receptors (AChR).

    Elimab is indicated for the treatment of adult patients with:

    • neuromyelitis optica spectrum disorders (NMOSD) with antibodies to aquaporin-4 (AQP4) and a relapsing course of the disease.
